Yst Auto Detailing & Wrapping ( Mississauga )

I sent my car here for colour wrap, and they did an insanely terrible and unprofessional job. I wasn't satisfied so I asked them for a solution, and their solution was to return all the fees and a full roll of wrap and rip the wrap off. At first, I was satisfied with the solution, but when I sent my car to another shop to rewrap the car, they found that YST has done many things I didn't know. My keyless entry stopped working after that, the another shop found that YST did not connect the wires of the sensor, and one side of the wire was left inside of the door panel. They also messed up the screws and bolts, and many of them are missing. And they even LEFT A TOOL INSIDE THE DOOR PANEL. Also, the rubber strips on the top roof and front windshield were cut. There were too many other issues to count such as glue left on the surface that I have to clean, and scratches on the paint... And yet they refuse to admit they did those things. They just saying that they did not remove the strips and get away from other issues. but its ironic that the strip wouldnt be cut if theyd removed them. after that they just ignoring my messages and not replying. I just want my comment to help people avoid getting screwed by shops with no ethics like YST.

Great Staff and amazing service. I started using YST since last year 2018 & since they’ve done such a great job, I have been using them ever since. What I also love about them is they can get anything and everything you need. I have also recommended all my staff and friends to this place and they also have been happy with no complaints as well. The staff here is amazing. I highly recommend Jackie who I use at YST, he helps me so much to make the right decisions for my vehicle. Finally, ever since I used YST, I have never had an issue of having to bring my car back. Anyone and everyone should bring their vehicles here or at least call and inquire.

I came to YST Auto Detailing to have my car thoroughly cleaned and detailed before I sell my car. What can I say, after seeing the results, I started regretting my decision on selling it. The folks at YST make my car look brand new. Probably as a result of their excellent work, my car was sold to the first person who came to see the car. Very professional service and very friendly people. I highly recommend this place!
